  • The adjustment is made as either an increase or a decrease, with the transaction being added to the item movement report

Inventory transfer

  • Inventory is transferred between warehouses
  • The transfer can be direct or indirect
  • In direct transfer, items are posted immediately, while in indirect transfer, posting requires the receiver’s approval

  • Item movement log for sales
  • Item movement log for purchases
  • Item movement log for transfers between warehouses and adjustments

Item categories

  • Stock sections are added as main and sub sections
  • The section type is defined as: main (does not accept sub-items), or sub (accepts items)

Item list

  • Items are added to inventory with all required data specified
  • The item’s tax type is specified, along with the selling price and the minimum and maximum selling prices

Inventory report

  • The warehouse stocktake provides the recorded system values to prepare the adjustment report

Best-selling and least-selling items

  • A report of the best-selling and least-selling items based on sales quantities
