By registering for, accessing, renewing, paying for, or using CAR ERP, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you use CAR ERP on behalf of a company, workshop, branch, or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use CAR ERP.

بتسجيلك أو وصولك أو تجديدك أو دفعك أو استخدامك لنظام CAR ERP، فإنك توافق على شروط الاستخدام هذه. وإذا كنت تستخدم CAR ERP نيابة عن شركة أو ورشة أو فرع أو منشأة، فإنك تقر بأن لديك الصلاحية لإلزام تلك الجهة بهذه الشروط.

إذا لم توافق على هذه الشروط، فيجب عليك عدم الوصول إلى CAR ERP أو استخدامه.

CAR ERP is a business management system for automotive operations, including features for customers, vehicles, work orders, inspection reports, invoices, payments, inventory, suppliers, employees, reports, and related administrative workflows.

Available features may depend on the selected plan, configuration, payment status, user permissions, and technical requirements.

CAR ERP هو نظام إدارة أعمال للأنشطة المتعلقة بالسيارات، ويشمل خصائص لإدارة العملاء، السيارات، أوامر العمل، تقارير الفحص، الفواتير، المدفوعات، المخزون، الموردين، الموظفين، التقارير، والإجراءات الإدارية ذات العلاقة.

قد تختلف الخصائص المتاحة بحسب الباقة المختارة، الإعدادات، حالة الدفع، صلاحيات المستخدمين، والمتطلبات التقنية.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of information entered into CAR ERP.
• You must keep administrator accounts, passwords, and access credentials secure.
• You are responsible for assigning, reviewing, and removing user permissions.
• You must ensure that your use of CAR ERP and your business records comply with applicable laws.
• You must promptly notify us of unauthorized access, suspected misuse, or account compromise.

CAR ERP is provided as a paid subscription unless we agree otherwise in writing. Subscription fees, renewal fees, setup fees, training fees, add-ons, taxes, and payment deadlines are determined by the quotation, invoice, order form, or written agreement provided to the customer.

Renewal payment must be completed before the subscription expiry date or due date. A payment is considered completed only when we receive and confirm the required amount through an approved payment method.

يقدم CAR ERP كاشتراك مدفوع ما لم نتفق كتابيا على خلاف ذلك. يتم تحديد رسوم الاشتراك، رسوم التجديد، رسوم الإعداد، التدريب، الإضافات، الضرائب، ومواعيد الدفع حسب عرض السعر أو الفاتورة أو نموذج الطلب أو الاتفاق المكتوب المقدم للعميل.

يجب إتمام دفع التجديد قبل تاريخ انتهاء الاشتراك أو تاريخ الاستحقاق. ويعد الدفع مكتملا فقط عند استلامنا وتأكيدنا للمبلغ المطلوب عبر وسيلة دفع معتمدة.

The customer owns the business data entered into CAR ERP, subject to these Terms and payment status. We process customer data to provide the service, support users, maintain backups, protect the system, and comply with legal obligations.

Customer data export is the customer's responsibility. Export should be completed while the subscription is active and before expiry, suspension, or termination. We may decline export, migration, reactivation, or support requests while amounts are unpaid, unless required by applicable law.

• You must not use CAR ERP for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, abusive, or misleading activities.
• You must not attempt to bypass security, access another customer's data, overload the service, reverse engineer the system, or copy protected software components.
• You must not upload malware, unauthorized personal data, illegal content, or data that you do not have the right to process.
• We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe the service is being misused or security is at risk.

• يجب عدم استخدام CAR ERP في أنشطة غير نظامية أو احتيالية أو ضارة أو مسيئة أو مضللة.
• يجب عدم محاولة تجاوز الأمان أو الوصول إلى بيانات عميل آخر أو إرهاق الخدمة أو الهندسة العكسية للنظام أو نسخ مكونات برمجية محمية.
• يجب عدم رفع برمجيات ضارة أو بيانات شخصية غير مصرح بها أو محتوى غير نظامي أو بيانات لا تملك حق معالجتها.
• يجوز لنا إيقاف أو تقييد الوصول إذا اعتقدنا بشكل معقول أن الخدمة يساء استخدامها أو أن الأمان معرض للخطر.

Support and training may be provided according to the customer's plan, paid services, availability, and written agreement. We may update, improve, remove, replace, or modify CAR ERP features to maintain security, performance, compatibility, or business requirements.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete customer information, unavailable customer staff, third-party systems, internet issues, unsupported devices, or unpaid fees.

قد يتم تقديم الدعم والتدريب حسب باقة العميل والخدمات المدفوعة والتوفر والاتفاق المكتوب. ويجوز لنا تحديث أو تحسين أو إزالة أو استبدال أو تعديل خصائص CAR ERP للمحافظة على الأمان أو الأداء أو التوافق أو متطلبات العمل.

لا نتحمل مسؤولية التأخير الناتج عن نقص معلومات العميل أو عدم توفر موظفيه أو أنظمة الطرف الثالث أو مشاكل الإنترنت أو الأجهزة غير المدعومة أو الرسوم غير المدفوعة.

CAR ERP may connect with third-party services such as messaging, payment, hosting, accounting, email, maps, or other integrations. Those services may be subject to their own terms, fees, limits, availability, and privacy practices.

We are not responsible for third-party service outages, policy changes, price changes, data handling, or failures outside our control.

قد يتصل CAR ERP بخدمات طرف ثالث مثل الرسائل أو الدفع أو الاستضافة أو المحاسبة أو البريد الإلكتروني أو الخرائط أو تكاملات أخرى. وقد تخضع تلك الخدمات لشروطها ورسومها وحدودها وتوفرها وممارسات الخصوصية الخاصة بها.

لا نتحمل مسؤولية انقطاع خدمات الطرف الثالث أو تغيير سياساتها أو أسعارها أو تعاملها مع البيانات أو أي أعطال خارجة عن سيطرتنا.

CAR ERP, including its software, interface, design, workflows, documentation, reports, code, names, logos, and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors. Customers receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use CAR ERP during an active subscription.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of CAR ERP software or intellectual property to the customer.

CAR ERP is provided on an "as available" basis. We work to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free results, compatibility with every device, or that every business requirement will be met.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or business-loss damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, replacement service costs, customer claims, or operational disruption. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amounts paid by the customer for CAR ERP during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

يقدم CAR ERP على أساس "حسب التوفر". نعمل على تقديم خدمة موثوقة، لكننا لا نضمن التشغيل دون انقطاع أو النتائج الخالية من الأخطاء أو التوافق مع كل جهاز أو تلبية كل متطلب تجاري.

We may terminate or suspend access if the customer breaches these Terms, fails to pay, misuses the service, creates security risk, violates applicable law, or if continuing service could expose CAR ERP or others to harm, liability, or operational risk.

After termination, the customer's right to access CAR ERP ends immediately. Data retention, export, and deletion will follow these Terms and any written agreement between us.

يجوز لنا إنهاء أو إيقاف الوصول إذا خالف العميل هذه الشروط أو لم يدفع أو أساء استخدام الخدمة أو تسبب بمخاطر أمنية أو خالف الأنظمة المطبقة أو إذا كان استمرار الخدمة قد يعرض CAR ERP أو الآخرين لضرر أو مسؤولية أو مخاطر تشغيلية.

بعد الإنهاء، ينتهي حق العميل في الوصول إلى CAR ERP فورا. وسيتم التعامل مع الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وتصديرها وحذفها وفقا لهذه الشروط وأي اتفاق مكتوب بيننا.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will show a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of CAR ERP after updated Terms are posted or communicated means you accept the updated Terms.

If a signed written agreement between CAR ERP and the customer conflicts with these Terms, the signed written agreement controls only for the conflicting subject. Otherwise, these Terms apply to the customer's use of CAR ERP.

These Terms apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

إذا تعارض اتفاق مكتوب وموقع بين CAR ERP والعميل مع هذه الشروط، فيسود الاتفاق المكتوب الموقع فقط في موضوع التعارض. وفيما عدا ذلك، تسري هذه الشروط على استخدام العميل لـ CAR ERP.

تطبق هذه الشروط إلى أقصى حد تسمح به الأنظمة المطبقة. ولا يستبعد أي نص في هذه الشروط حقوقا أو التزامات لا يجوز استبعادها بموجب الأنظمة المطبقة.
