Add customer

  • Adding an individual customer requires the contact number and customer name
  • Adding a company customer requires company details, address, and contact number
  • Adding a government customer requires the authority name and contact number

Customer profile

  • The customer profile contains customer information and financial transactions
  • The customer profile includes invoices, quotations, work orders, and payments
  • From the customer profile, you can add an invoice, a quotation, and a work order
  • The customer can only be deleted if there are no financial transactions associated with them

Quotations

  • The quotation list includes customer data and customer type
  • The quotation list includes vehicle details
  • The quotation list includes financial and tax data
  • The quotation list includes available statuses: under processing, invoiced, and cancelled

Add quotation

  • When adding a quotation, customer details are entered and the customer type is selected
  • Vehicle details are added: plate number, vehicle type, and model year are always required
  • In the invoice details, quotation items and prices are added
  • In the description, up to 255 characters can be entered, while in the details, an unlimited number of characters can be added

View quotation

  • When viewing the quotation, you can add or edit the quotation details
  • The quotation can be converted directly into a work order
  • The quotation can be converted into an invoice and the quotation will be closed
  • The quotation can be restored after being converted into an invoice, and the quotation can also be deleted

Appointments list

  • The appointments list is organized by date order
  • The list includes customer details and vehicle details
  • The appointment can be deleted or edited

Add appointment

  • Customer details are required when adding an appointment
  • The type of work and vehicle details are selected
  • The appointment date and time are added, along with selecting the technician’s name

View appointment

  • The appointment page contains the appointment details and the latest updates
  • The appointment is edited
  • The appointment is converted into a quotation – work order

Contracts

  • The contracts list shows the number of items, the number of cards, and the invoices
  • The list also displays financial data along with tax information
  • Contracts can be searched by date

Add contract

  • When adding a contract, customer details are included below
  • Item details are added, prices are set, and vehicle information is entered
  • Contract clauses are added, terms and conditions are defined, and files can be uploaded

View contract

  • When viewing the contract, the contract details are displayed
  • The items, vehicles, invoices, and work orders are displayed
  • The contract can be printed, and a work order, invoice, or quotation can be added
