Chart of accounts

  • The chart of accounts list is categorized by level
  • You can add, edit, and view sub-accounts
  • An account cannot be deleted if it has sub-accounts or financial transactions

Add new account

  • When adding a new account, an account number is assigned and it must be unique (not duplicated)
  • The parent account is selected, or left empty if the current account is a main account
  • The account is linked to system modules such as sales, customers, etc

Manual journal entries

  • Manual entries are added for adjustment accounts and manual transfers
  • When a journal entry is added, it is posted directly with the option to edit
  • The journal entry can be printed in a formatted layout to keep a physical copy

Opening journal entries

  • The opening journal entry is added and does not need to be balanced, allowing for later adjustments
  • The journal entry is posted only if it is balanced
  • The opening journal entry can be printed

Payment methods

  • Payment methods are the methods that appear on invoices
  • Assigning a chart of accounts account for each payment method (bank – cash)
  • A settlement account can be assigned if the payment method requires reconciliation

Fixed assets

  • When adding a fixed asset, the purchase price and depreciation rate are specified
  • The corresponding chart of accounts account for the fixed asset is selected
  • The depreciation account is selected for automatic depreciation

Network synchronization

  • The network is synchronized manually at the end of each day without bank commission rates

Receipts

  • View receipt and payment vouchers, with the ability to add or delete
