Invoices list

  • The invoices list displays the invoice type, customer type, and customer details
  • The invoices list also displays vehicle details, as well as financial and tax information
  • Ability to search invoices by date, plate number, and invoice number

Add invoice

  • When adding an invoice, the customer and vehicle details are selected
  • Repairs and spare parts are added
  • If spare parts are available, the product number must be entered so that they appear under the spare parts section

View Invoices

  • The invoice view allows installment/payment settlement
  • It also allows the invoice to be returned either partially or in full
  • The invoice can also be reprinted
  • WhatsApp subscribers can send invoices directly through WhatsApp

Invoice Returns

  • After an invoice is returned, all credit notes will be displayed here
  • You can track the return, the customer name, financial details, and tax information
  • A partial or full return can be specified
  • The table displays the total returned invoices during the selected period

Purchase Invoices

  • Purchase Invoices displays a list of invoices, with options to filter by supplier and invoice type
  • Displays the invoice amounts and the recoverable tax
  • Invoices can be posted, or deleted before posting

Expense Invoices

  • Expense and supplier invoices can be viewed
  • Expense invoices are cash-only; credit invoices cannot be issued
  • The expense type can be specified

Daily Report

  • The daily report shows income, expenses, employee transactions, and purchases
  • The daily report shows the type of each income or expense
  • The daily report displays the balance of all payment transactions

Tax Report

  • The tax report displays sales invoices and returns
  • The tax report displays expense and purchase invoices
  • The tax report displays a tax summary and the amount of tax due
