Customer List

  • The customer list includes customer types as well as contact information

Add Customer

  • Adding an individual customer requires the customer’s name and contact number
  • Adding a company customer requires entering the company details, address, and contact number
  • Adding a government customer requires entering the contact number and the name of the government entity

Personal Customer Profile

  • The customer profile contains the customer's information and financial transactions
  • The customer profile includes invoices, quotations, work orders, and payments
  • From the customer profile, you can add an invoice, a quotation, and a work order
  • A customer can only be deleted if they have no financial transactions

Price Quotations

  • The quotation list contains the customer data and customer type
  • The quotation list contains the vehicle information
  • The quotation list contains financial and tax data
  • Available statuses: Under Process – Invoiced – Cancelled

Add Quotation

  • When adding a quotation, the customer details are entered and the customer type is selected
  • Vehicle details are added, including plate number, vehicle type, and model year, which are always required
  • Invoice details include quotation items and prices
  • In the description, up to 255 characters can be entered, while in the details, unlimited text can be added

View Quotation

  • When viewing the quotation, you can add or edit quotation details
  • The quotation can be directly converted into a work order
  • The quotation can be converted into an invoice and the quotation can be closed
  • The quotation can be restored after converting it into an invoice, even if the quotation has been deleted

Appointments List

  • The appointments list displays appointments sorted by date order
  • The list contains customer data and vehicle information
  • The appointment can be deleted or edited

Add Appointment

  • Customer details are required when adding an appointment
  • The type of work and vehicle details are selected
  • The appointment date and time are added, along with the selection of the technician’s name

View Appointment

  • The appointment page contains appointment details and the latest updates
  • The appointment can be edited
  • The appointment can be converted into a quotation or a work order

Contracts

  • The contracts list displays the number of items, number of cards, and invoices
  • The list also displays financial data along with tax information
  • Contracts can be searched by date range

Add Contract

  • When adding a contract, the customer details are included
  • Item details are added, prices are set, and vehicle information is entered
  • Contract terms and conditions are added, with the ability to upload files

View Contract

  • When viewing the contract, the contract details are displayed
  • Items, vehicles, invoices, and work orders are displayed
  • The contract can be printed and used to create a work order, invoice, or quotation
