Work Orders
- The customers list includes customer types as well as contact information
- The customers list includes statistics on quotations and outstanding balances
- The customers list includes the number of appointments and maintenance contracts
Add Work Order
- When creating a work order, the customer details, vehicle information, and vehicle condition are filled in
- Initial repairs for the vehicle are added
- A supervisor is selected, then the work order is created
View Work Order
- In the view mode, work orders are assigned to technicians
- The supervisor can start work orders for technicians to track and measure time
- Additional repairs can be added
- Expenses can be added to calculate the job card profit
Car Check-in
- When receiving a vehicle, the owner’s details are specified
- Then the vehicle details and the vehicle condition are specified
- The required repairs are added
- The required spare parts are added
- The vehicle receiving can be converted into a work order
Work Orders

- It shows the number of assigned tasks for each employee along with their status
- A work order can be printed for an employee
Profit Report
- The profit report includes the profit from job cards
- Net labor profit is displayed after deducting expenses
- Net other profits and total profits are displayed
