Add customer

  • Adding an individual customer requires the customer’s name and contact number

Customer profile

Quotations

Add quotation

  • When adding a quotation, the customer details are entered and the customer type is selected

View quotation

Appointment list

Add appointment

  • Contract clauses are added, terms and conditions are defined, and file attachments can be uploaded

View contract

  • When viewing the contract, all contract details are displayed
  • Items, vehicles, invoices, and work orders are displayed
  • The contract can be printed, and you can create a work order, invoice, or quotation directly from it
